“I begin by not photographing” is a quote by the Canadian artist and photographer Jeff Wall that I live by. In our fast-paced world with all technical wonders; looking up, stopping, thinking, is something we, as a collective, tend to forget.

When grabbing my camera I feel at ease and I always start by communicating
- not photographing.
