Staged Photography / Abstract Photography

In our contemporary actuality, populism and extremists amass. My staged photography draws parallels to a defunct time I haven’t experienced and problematise a society where xenophobia, alienation and gentrification, slowly but surely, becomes normalised. In addition, I create abstract work which gain inspiration from a staged world / a construct; a world often said to contain truth and reality. Two highly problematic concepts that photography often wants, or at least, wished it was a part of.
